The Guardian recently published an article about how computing is taught in other areas of the world. The good news is that the recent changes here in the UK has been noticed around the world with many countries watching us. The recent government announcement, the Raspberry Pi and our new Computer Science GCSEs are a sign that the UK is heading in the right direction once more.
It is so important to understand the difference between computer science as a subject and digital literacy and the Guardian newspaper has been excellent at trying to highlight this.
