Android PC on USB Stick

At Mobile World Congress 2012, a Norway-based company called FXI Technologies has made its Cotton Candy — a tiny computer the size of a chewing gum packet — available for pre-order.

The miniature device was first unveiled late last year, but is now available to purchase for $199 (£125) and will ship sometime in March. For your money you’re getting a complete computer, squished into an 8cm long case that’s about the same size as a USB thumb drive.

Possibly a little too expensive as an alternative to the Raspberry Pi, but it looks like it has a lot of potential. Is this the future of mobile computing?
